Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER policies.
• Experience managing a varied ER caseload.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality in all dealings.
• Experience in HR Shared Services is desirable.
• Willingness to pursue CIPD development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex ER cases with fair outcomes.
• Advise and coach managers on ER matters per policy and law.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and HR partners.
• Collaborate with Legal and Occupational Health on cases.
• Review ER policies and drive continuous improvements.
