Job summary

Capital One Nottingham is seeking an Associate Employee Relations Specialist on a 12-18 month fixed term contract. You will handle a range of ER casework, provide legislative guidance to People Leaders and Associates, and contribute to HR projects in a hybrid Nottingham office.

• Experience managing employee relations cases.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law.
• Ability to advise People Leaders and Associates.
• Experience with GDPR and data handling.
• Willingness to engage in HR projects and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Casework: manage and support employee relations matters with senior support; provide guidance aligned to policy and risk framework.
• Projects: contribute to AR policy development and process improvements; support HR initiatives.
• Other: build expertise through law briefings, analyse case data and communicate with stakeholders.
