Job summary

Capital One UK is seeking an Associate in Associate Relations to manage a range of employee relations cases on a 12–18 month fixed-term contract, partnering with more experienced team members for higher risk cases. You’ll provide legislative guidance, coaching and participate in AR projects while maintaining risk controls.

The role is based in Nottingham with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to contribute to policy development and continuous improvement within AR.

Qualifications

• Prior employee relations case management experience is vital.
• Knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience dealing with challenging associate-related situations.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations casework with senior support for high quality management.
• Support AR policy development and process improvement projects.
• Maintain/update AR procedures and documentation; ensure GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and business lines to drive risk-aware outcomes.
• Analyse case data to identify themes and drive continuous improvement.
