• Experience leading employee relations casework and providing practical guidance.
• Experience developing, reviewing and implementing people policies.
• Strong understanding of employee relations principles and policy application.
• Ability to interpret policy issues and provide clear, consistent advice.
• Experience working closely with HR teams and managers.
• Strong written communication skills for drafting clear policy documents.
