Michael Page is recruiting on behalf of a well-established public sector organisation in Manchester for an Employee Relations/Policy Lead. You will lead employee relations casework, review and develop policies, and provide practical guidance across the organisation.

The role is permanent, based in Manchester, with a salary of £60,000 to £69,000 depending on experience. Strong written communication and collaboration with HR colleagues and managers to ensure fair, consistent policy application are

Profile

Job Offer
