You’ll coach managers, manage sensitive cases, review decisions, and help shape strategies that foster an inclusive culture while reducing risk for the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR or Employee Relations.
• Experience navigating employment law frameworks.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work streams.
