Job summary

mydentist, the UK's leading dental network, seeks an Employee Relations Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role requires one in-office day weekly at our Support Centre in Greater Manchester, with a supportive team and competitive benefits.

You will provide high-quality employee relations advice, manage risk, and support regional managers across disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance matters while driving people initiatives and data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Ability to deal with complex people issues and mitigate risk.
• Excellent up to date knowledge of UK employment law.
• Significant case management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong IT skills including Word and Excel.
• Ability to analyse data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, customer-focused advice and support.
• Managing risks within compliant and commercially aware processes.
• Supporting operational management in disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance areas.
• Working with ER team to analyse trends and implement solutions.
• Supporting delivery of the HR people plan.

You’ll be joining our People Experience Team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

• The role is a 12 month fixed term contract and full time
• Hybrid working arrangements- one day per week in the office
• Supportive and experienced team

As an Employee Relations Partner, you’ll be:

• Ensuring high quality, customer focussed advice and support is provided
• Ensuring that risks are effectively identified and managed in a compliant and commercially aware manner within the appropriate processes
• Supporting operational management within allocated region in all aspects of disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance management, as well as other processes relevant under the employee relations remit
• Working with employee relations team to analyse and understand trends in people issues across the regions and implement appropriate solutions
• Support delivery of the HR people plan both personally and through the employee relations team
