Job summary

mydentist is seeking a Product Manager for the Clear Aligners portfolio in the Private and Specialist Division, based at the Support Centre in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG). This 12-month Fixed Term Contract role focuses on delivering new products, enhancing operational processes, and managing partner relationships, with close collaboration across clinical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Project manage delivery of new products and initiatives in the clear aligner portfolio.
• Collaborate with support centre teams to improve clear aligner processes.
• Work with partners to plan and deliver new product launches and improvements.
• Communicate updates and launches of new products and initiatives.
• Manage partner relationships and product management of support tools like ClearForward and DentalMonitoring.
• Work with clinical teams to create and maintain education frameworks for clear aligners.
• Support field and practice teams with operational issues and queries.

You’ll be joining our Private and Specialist Division within our office called Support Centre , which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

Your future, your role

• Project managing the delivery of new products and initiatives in the clear aligner portfolio

• Cross-functional working with support centre teams to manage and improve clear aligner operational processes.

• Working with clear aligner partners to plan and deliver new product launches; improve support and operational processes.

• Managing the communication of updates and new product/initiative launches

• Managing the partner relationships and product management of clear aligner support tools, such as ClearForward and DentalMonitoring.

• Working closely with the clinical team, mydentist Academy to create and maintain a framework of support and education for clear aligners and clear aligner growth.

• Supporting field and practice teams with operational issues and queries.

Skills and Experience we’re looking for
