Role Overview

Our Digital Investigations Team specializes in social media intelligence, with over a decade of experience. We analyze social media platforms, behaviors, and online infrastructure to detect and respond to digital threats and online harm.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and track disinformation campaigns.
  2. Research and attribute information operations.
  3. Investigate state and non-state threat actors.
  4. Monitor the coordination of real-world harm.
  5. Map and assess novel TTPs and behaviors.
  6. Utilize our technical capabilities in investigations.
  7. Produce concise, contextualized threat reports.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Interest in open-source investigations.
  2. Fluency in a language other than English is highly desirable.
  3. Curious and persistent investigative mindset.
  4. Knowledge of social media information exploitation techniques.
  5. Background in political science, journalism, data science, or research.
