A leading company in the outsourcing sector is hiring an Employee Relations Advisor on a fixed-term contract basis. You will provide essential ER advice across the organization, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and supporting a positive work environment. We are currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Advisor to join out team on a fixed term contract basis until the end of October 2025

As an ER Advisor in the ER Hub you will provide advice and expertise to managers and employees, covering all employee relations issues and employment legislation, across Capita (UK and ROI), and you will play a key part in our continued success.
We work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, from wherever we live in the UK, as long as you have good WIFI, we want to hear from you!
