Job summary

The Royal Berkshire invites two Senior Employee Relations Advisors to join our team to resolve complex workplace issues, strengthen people-management capability and improve colleagues’ working experiences across the organisation.

You will coach managers, manage ER casework, contribute to people policies and manager training, and liaise with ACAS as required, while supporting organisational change under a Just and Learning Culture.

Qualifications

• Experience resolving complex workplace issues in employee relations.
• Sound knowledge of employment law and professional judgement.
• Ability to coach managers and support organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Manage ER casework and provide specialist advice across the Trust.
• Coach managers to address workplace issues fairly and consistently.
• Contribute to development of people policies and ER resources.
• Deliver manager training and prepare employment tribunal casework as needed.
• Liaise with ACAS and support the Trust's People Strategy.
