Job summary

Alkegen is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to provide proactive HR services across UK facilities. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor on people matters, manage a varied ER caseload, and support change initiatives while travelling between sites.

The role is a 12-month FTC, suitable for an experienced HR professional who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and travel regularly across UK locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
• Strong Employee Relations experience, including handling complex casework independently.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert ER guidance to managers across UK locations.
• Manage ER casework and support organisational change initiatives.
• Coach managers in people management best practice.
• Ensure HR processes comply with UK employment law.
