Job summary

Evolution Security is seeking a proactive Project Planner to support the Senior Project Planner, Project Manager, and Operations Administration Manager in planning and delivering projects. You will help keep tasks cost-effective and on time, while adhering to company policies.

You will coordinate with UK/Irish project teams, manage subcontractor tender processes, procurement, and handovers, and maintain project trackers and supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role, preferably within engineering/construction.
• Excellent organisational abilities and multitasking skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and time management.
• Proficient with MS Office; MS Projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee subcontractor tender process, manage procurement, and assist PM in project delivery.
• Build strong supplier/subcontractor relationships for cost-effective delivery.
• Create project packs and update project tracker and logs.
• Coordinate project handover with Sales and Service teams and ensure documentation is complete.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and update key dates and cost analysis monthly.
• Draft and submit subcontractor contracts for approval; monitor visas and residency where applicable.
• Support monthly invoice forecasting and assist finance with aged debtor reports.
