The role can be based anywhere in the central belt within their Employee Benefits team, working alongside highly regarded consultants and advisers, or they could also employ an experienced consultant. They are returning to a hybrid working model for their staff.
Within a focused team of professionals, you will support Employee Benefits consultants, acting as the first point of contact for their growing client base. Your technical expertise and relationship management skills will help improve efficiency and service delivery.
To be successful, you should have previous corporate experience within an IFA office, Pensions Consultancy, or an in-house environment, dealing with Employee Benefits/Group Risk products, and be eager to expand your knowledge. Teamwork, organization, IT skills, and attention to detail are vital. Exams like GR1 are preferred but not mandatory.
The role suits candidates with experience in Group Risk Administration, Healthcare, PMI, Employee Benefits Administration, Employee Benefits Coordination, and Pensions & Benefits Administration in DC, whether in consultancy or an independent setting.
