Job summary

Hart Learning & Development, part of North Hertfordshire College, is hiring an Employability Tutor to deliver engaging short courses for unemployed adults, helping them build skills, resilience and confidence to gain employment or move into further learning.

You will join a supportive education team dedicated to local community outcomes, with opportunities to plan programmes and monitor learner progress.

• Deliver engaging short courses to help unemployed adults develop skills, resilience and confidence to secure employment or progress to further learning and apprenticeships.
• Motivate learners and support progression by tracking progress and providing encouragement.

As an Employability Tutor, you'll deliver engaging short courses designed to help unemployed adults develop the skills, resilience and confidence needed to secure employment or progress into further learning and apprenticeships.
