Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking an Employability Tutor for maternity cover in Watford. This fixed-term contract will support post-16 learners by delivering employability programs and helping students build essential skills for their futures in a supportive environment.

The role is on-site, five days a week, and includes delivering engaging training, assessing progress, updating training materials, and supporting SEN learners to achieve their educational and career objectives.

• Strong knowledge of Employability education principles.
• Teaching or assessing qualification required.
• Experience delivering Employability training required.
• Experience of working with SEN learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
