Bright Horizons, funded by The Reaching Communities Fund, supports jobless parents and carers facing health, social, and economic barriers that prevent them from finding work.
Employability Support Workers assist economically inactive adults, including parents, carers, and individuals experiencing such barriers, to re-enter the workforce.
Their role involves identifying and managing barriers like parental responsibilities, health issues, or premature workforce exit, and helping clients overcome these obstacles through education, training, or direct employment support.
What we are looking for?
Experience working with families with complex needs is essential. Candidates should have an understanding of employment challenges, and knowledge of job search techniques, interview skills, CV writing, employability skills, and welfare support.
