St Joseph’s Specialist Trust Cranleigh is seeking a Supported Living Worker to assist a female resident and contribute to a caring, supportive team in Cranleigh. No prior experience required; full induction, specialist training and ongoing support are provided.

A full driving licence and access to transport are desirable given the semi-rural location. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week on a rota basis, including alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Empathy, patience and a positive attitude essential.

Responsibilities

• Support tenants with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning and shopping.
• Assist tenants to access the local community and participate in activities and trips.
• Provide patient and consistent support to tenants, promoting independence.
