Job summary

St Joseph's Specialist Trust is seeking a caring Supported Living Worker to join our Cranleigh team. You will support a female resident with additional needs to live as independently as possible, delivering daily living assistance and person-centred care.

No previous experience is required. We provide a comprehensive induction, specialist training and ongoing support to help you thrive in the role. A full driving licence and access to your own transport are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Empathy, patience and a positive attitude are essential.
• No prior experience required; full induction and ongoing support provided.
• Ability to learn and develop skills in supported living care.

Responsibilities

• Support a female resident with daily living activities and independence.
• Assist with meals, personal care and accessing the local community.
• Provide patient, calm support to manage anxiety or frustration.
• Ensure privacy and dignity while working with staff and residents.
