Job summary

Frontier Consulting is assisting a SEN school with supported living sites. This role offers full training and induction, with a 7‑day rota including 2 weekends per month and shifts from 7am–5pm or 5pm–10pm, four days a week.

You will support a female resident with personal care, requiring empathy and resilience. A car is needed to commute to Cranleigh; full right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; empathy and resilience are essential.
• Must be a car driver and able to commute to Cranleigh.
• Must have full right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship.
• Able to work on a 7‑day rota including 2 weekends per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to a female resident.
• Support residents with daily living activities and needs.
• Work as part of a friendly care team with induction and ongoing support.
