Job summary

Mencap is seeking two compassionate Support Workers for Thornaby. You will support individuals with learning disabilities in a registered living service, helping with daily activities and community engagement.

The role requires a caring, patient approach and strong communication to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. We offer a 24-hour care environment with rotas planned in advance.
