Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking Unqualified Learning Support Assistants to work in Wiltshire and surrounding areas. You will support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, including those with SEND/SEMH needs, across key stages. Backgrounds in youth work or care are welcomed, and no formal qualifications are required but you should be comfortable supporting learning.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and passionate about working with young people.
• Experience in education is beneficial but not essential.
• Backgrounds in youth work, care, art, psychology or sociology encouraged.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils.
• Support students with SEN/SEMH needs and improve engagement.
• Communicate effectively with staff and families to support learning.
• Be responsive to individual student communication and learning styles.
