Scale: £22,467 - £26,073 for 37 hours, 38 weeks
Job Summary: We are recruiting an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant for our new academy.

We are seeking an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant to support the development and education of pupils at our new academy. The successful candidate will assist pupils with physical, emotional, and/or educational needs in line with academy policies. There may also be a requirement to work with pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans or additional educational needs across Key Stages.

Experience working with primary or secondary-aged children, along with the ability to raise aspirations and motivate children, will be advantageous. A passion for achieving positive outcomes in pupils' emotional, social, and mental health development is essential. An ELSA qualification would be desirable, or a willingness to undertake training. Excellent interpersonal skills are required, and as our academy utilises One:One devices, good ICT knowledge is essential.
