Barking & Dagenham College is seeking an Emotional Behaviour Lead to support learners with social, emotional and mental health needs on a full-time, fixed-term basis until 18 December 2027. You will manage a caseload, deliver targeted 1:1 support, and work with staff and external agencies to implement personalised interventions that help learners progress.
The role requires SEND training and Level 2 English & Maths. You will join a committed team focused on learner success and safeguarding.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, resilient, and compassionate Emotional Behaviour Lead to support learners in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving their full potential.
The successful candidate will manage an allocated caseload of learners, with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), delivering targeted interventions and personalised 1:1 support to meet identified social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Working closely with teaching staff, families, and external agencies, you will help ensure that this provision is effectively implemented, monitored, and reviewed, enabling learners with SEND make progress towards their individual outcomes.
