Job summary

The Woodland Trust is seeking an Emerging Talent and Resourcing Coordinator to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience and support our emerging talent programmes. The role is advertised as full-time (37.5 hours) but 30 hours per week will be considered, with a hybrid pattern from Grantham head office and occasional travel.

You will coordinate the full hiring journey, provide excellent candidate support, maintain records to GDPR standards, and report on diversity data and programme

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused approach supporting candidates, hiring managers and colleagues.
• Experience with GDPR and data protection principles in recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within processes.
• Experience in HR, People or recruitment environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment administration across the full hiring journey.
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and GDPR-compliant data.
• Produce recruitment reporting and manage programme tracking.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges and external partners.
• Coordinate participation in careers fairs and engagement events.
• Support hybrid working model with occasional travel and monthly head office attendance.
