Job summary

The Woodland Trust is seeking an Emerging Talent and Resourcing Coordinator to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience and support emerging talent programmes. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with flexibility for 30 hours, hybrid working from Grantham head office, and a fixed-term contract to Sept 2027.

Responsibilities include coordinating the full hiring journey, managing recruitment data, reporting, and building partnerships with schools and external partners.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to build relationships.
• Confidential information handling with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience in HR, People or recruitment environment advantageous.
• Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment administration across the full hiring journey.
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and GDPR compliance across recruitment systems.
• Produce recruitment reporting, tracking candidates and diversity data.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges and external partners.
• Coordinate careers fairs, open days and engagement events.
• Hybrid role with monthly head office attendance at Grantham.
