Job summary

The Woodland Trust is seeking an Emerging Talent and Resourcing Coordinator to deliver a smooth recruitment experience across the full hiring journey. This hybrid role combines homeworking with monthly head office presence at Grantham, Lincolnshire.

The role requires strong communication and organisation, GDPR awareness and solid Excel skills to manage data, reporting and onboarding tasks for emerging talent programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment administration and onboarding processes.
• Strong customer service mindset and stakeholder liaison.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment administration across the full hiring journey.
• Respond to recruitment inquiries and support candidates, hiring managers and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records in people systems with GDPR compliance.
• Produce recruitment reporting and candidate tracking.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, universities and external partners.
• Coordinate and attend careers fairs and engagement events.
• Hybrid role with home working and monthly head office presence in Grantham; occasional travel.
