Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear in Leicester is seeking an Emerging Talent Coordinator to support apprentices and graduates across the business. You’ll coordinate inductions, events, accreditations and reporting, while maintaining stakeholder relations and robust records.

This full-time, hybrid role requires proactive process improvement, dashboards and training plan management, with occasional travel to base locations as needed in support of emerging talent initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating in customer-facing or stakeholder-focused environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across emerging talent programmes (inductions, events, accreditations, graduations).
• Manage Emerging Talent inbox and support stakeholders with queries and guidance.
• Maintain accurate management information, dashboards and reporting for apprenticeship and graduate programmes.
• Book training against apprenticeship/graduate plans and matrices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for candidate and learner experiences.
