Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is looking for an Emerging Talent Coordinator to support apprentices and graduates across our UK sites. Based primarily in Leicester with a hybrid pattern, you will coordinate inductions, events and reporting for emerging talent programmes while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage communications, training bookings and continuous improvement efforts to enhance candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating effectively within a customer-facing or stakeholder-focused environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, reports and administrative processes.
• Experience identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver better outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating activities across emerging talent programmes, including inductions, development events, briefings, accreditations and graduation activities.
• Managing the Emerging Talent inbox and supporting both internal and external stakeholders with queries and guidance.
• Maintaining accurate management information, dashboards and reporting relating to apprenticeship and graduate programmes.
• Booking training and development activities against apprentice and graduate training plans and matrices.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance candidate, learner and stakeholder experiences.
