_Nology in Newcastle is seeking ambitious juniors to start a career in Service Management. No prior service management experience is required, but you'll develop skills in coordinating people, processes and communications to keep services running smoothly.

You'll support service delivery, work with technical teams, track performance, and help coordinate incidents while training toward a long-term career path in technology operations.
