Edenred PayTech is seeking a Scrum Master I to help teams deliver value by applying Agile practices and frameworks. In this role you will mentor a Scrum team, facilitate ceremonies and remove impediments to achieve sprint goals.

Salary - £40,000 to £55,000 pa + Bonus
Accountable to Agile/Scrum Team, other Scrum Masters.
Reports to Senior Scrum Master.
As a Scrum Master I, you are responsible for developing their personal Agile abilities, and championing Ways of Working (WoW) inside a Scrum team in Edenred PayTech. This, to enable the completion of Sprint Goals to deliver incremental customer value.
You will be a self-learner who rapidly expands their knowledge of Agile practices, frameworks, and techniques.
You will be mentored by an experienced Senior Scrum Master, and hence this is an ideal position for someone looking to develop an Agile career. You will ideally have a level 1 qualification in Agile such as PSM1, CSM, DASM, KMP, or ICP. However, enthusiasm and practical experience of developing a team is more important than certification. Hence, applications from candidates without formal Agile certification will be considered. Full training will be provided.
You will ideally have experience of working in an Agile iterative and/or incremental environment regularly solving problems and delivering value to customers. This does not need to be a software delivery environment, however the nature of our work means that knowledge of various Software Delivery Lifecycles is advantageous.
You will practice the 8 stances of the Scrum Master , initially focused on Servant Leadership .
