Job summary

Perkins&Will London is actively seeking a recently qualified Architect to join our creative studio. The role offers opportunities to lead design development, coordinate with consultants and support client meetings across diverse sectors in a globally renowned firm.

You will work on design packages, contribute to presentations, and help ensure design quality from concept through construction, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• RIBA Part 3 qualification or ARB or international equivalent.
• Experience across multiple stages of architectural projects.
• Strong design and visual communication skills.
• Good understanding of technical design, building systems, regulations and construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, original design ideas in response to brief and context.
• Lead elements of the design process and create clear early-stage direction.
• Translate concepts into diagrams, models, drawings and presentations.
• Contribute to design reviews, critiques and client meetings.
• Support construction phase services with RFIs and site visits.
• Coordinate with consultants to align technical and design decisions.
