AVK-SEG Ltd, a dynamic leader in innovative power solutions for data centres and the financial sector, invites applications for a motivated Junior Project Manager in Maidenhead. You will assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects within the organisation.

You will work closely with experienced project managers, gaining hands-on experience and insights into project management practices, ideal for jumpstarting your career in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field.
• Experience in project management or internships is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic PM knowledge and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with MS Project or Trello is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel in Europe as required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing projects to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers on and off site to meet AVK standards.
• Understand contractual requirements, milestones, and safety rules.
• Plan resources to deliver site installations on time.
• Prepare project paperwork aligned with manager guidance.
• Assist in producing project progress reports.
• Support day-to-day site operations to meet deadlines.
• Attend site acceptance tests when required.
• Ensure project delivery meets contract technical requirements.
• Agree engineering design with the technical team and monitor plans.
