Job summary

AVK-SEG Ltd is seeking an accomplished project leader to deliver complex power systems projects on time and on budget. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage client relationships, and drive outcomes with autonomy while reporting to an operations director.

You will lead cross-functional teams, balance commercial and technical imperatives, and uphold safety, quality and continuous improvement as core AVK principles. Flexible hybrid working and ongoing development support the role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver projects in a similar sector and customer environment.
• Strong leadership skills with evidence of taking ownership and driving team performance.
• Solid understanding of financials, budgeting and cost control within projects.
• Proven ability to build credibility and engage with new and existing clients at high levels.
