Job summary

You will work with strategists and economists to translate macro themes into actionable trades, maintain a robust external network, and report to senior management on performance and risk.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years' experience managing discretionary macro portfolios.
• Strong CEEMEA macro knowledge across economies and policy frameworks.
• Proven track record in managing rates, FX, and sovereign credit with a disciplined PM framework.
• Excellent communication skills with CIO-level audiences.
• Mentoring or managing junior investment professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a discretionary portfolio across rates, FX, and sovereign credit.
• Identify macro and micro opportunities across yield curves, FX, and volatility surfaces.
• Set CEEMEA regional framework by developing views on monetary policy and political risk.
• Manage risk with position sizing, hedging, and drawdown controls.
• Collaborate with strategists and economists to translate macro themes into ideas.
• Execute trades across linear and non-linear instruments with delta-hedging.
• Build a senior external network with central banks, policymakers, and brokers.
• Contribute to cross-regional themes and relative value trades.
