Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Junior Content Designer to contribute to content design within client engagements in London. You will help shape content across journeys, create content matrices, and support content strategy and information architecture work.

You will collaborate with UX/UI designers and researchers to align content with journeys, wireframes and design systems, while participating in workshops and interviews to inform decisions and validate content strategies.

Qualifications

• Translate business and customer needs into compelling content across touchpoints.
• Understand accessibility guidelines and industry standards.
• Support online and offline workshops and interviews to inform design decisions.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, clients, and partners, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of content strategy, information architecture, and content operations.
• Apply human-centered design and design thinking approaches.
• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
