Anglian Water Group seeks an Emergency & Risk Mitigation Planner to join the Emergency & Risk Mitigation team. The role supports planning for incidents and risk response, reporting to the Emergency & Risk Mitigation Manager, with a mix of office/home-based working in Lincoln.

The post covers 37 hours across a full-time contract on a 12-month secondment, offering a flexible, hybrid working culture. The role requires emergency planning knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to

Qualifications

• Knowledge and practical experience of emergency planning is desirable.
• Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and incidents, with a requirement to work outside of normal working hours on occasions when supporting incidents.
• A confident and strong communicator.
• Ability to prioritise your own workload and make decisions in a pressurised environment.
• Adaptability to new and challenging situations and able to manage your own time.
• Confidence in presenting and communicating to key stakeholders, both within the organisation and externally.
• As you will be required to travel across the Anglian Region, you will need a driving licence, therefore the status of your driving licence will be checked
