Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend emergency call-outs for fire, flood, and water damage incidents.
• Conduct initial site inspections and assess the extent of damage.
• Carry out water extraction using specialist equipment.
• Set up and monitor drying systems, air movers, and dehumidifiers.
• Perform structural drying to prevent further property damage.
• Remove debris, damaged contents, and unsalvageable materials.
• Carry out fire and smoke damage cleaning, including soot removal from surfaces.
• Use specialist cleaning products and techniques to restore affected areas.
