Job summary

Sussex Recruitment are seeking a Restoration Technician for ongoing cleaning and restoration work in the Newhaven area. This is a 'temp to perm' role and will become permanent for a suitable person after a short trial period.

Duties include cleaning and restoration of household and commercial content and buildings following incidents, high level cleaning from access equipment, property clearance and content listing. A clean driving licence is preferred and you must be over 21.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and cooperative attitude.
• Good communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to write accurate, concise reports.
• No phobia of heights.
• Neat, tidy appearance and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and restoration of household and commercial content following incidents, on-site or at workshop.
• High level cleaning from high access equipment.
• Property clearance.
• Listing and removal of content from commercial and domestic properties.
• Biohazard cleaning and sharp clearance.
