National Gas is recruiting an Emergency Response & Resilience Specialist to strengthen our operational resilience and incident readiness across Great Britain. You will lead cross-functional teams, design and implement continuity and response plans, and coordinate with external partners including emergency services and government bodies.

Qualifications
- Experience in business continuity, resilience or emergency planning within a complex or critical environment.
- Ability to develop and maintain continuity plans and documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across internal and external teams.
- Knowledge of the UK resilience framework and best practices.
- Ability to operate at tactical and strategic levels.
- Excellent communication skills; capable of working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain business continuity frameworks aligned to policy and standards.
- Design testing and exercise programmes to validate resilience plans.
- Build relationships with resilience partners including emergency services and government bodies.
- Embed best practices in emergency planning across the National Control Center.
- Identify training needs and support capability development for incident response.
