Job summary

National Gas is seeking an Innovation Delivery Lead in Warwick with responsibility for delivering safety, reliability and performance improvements across the gas transmission network. You will steer projects from concept to implementation, collaborating with internal teams, suppliers and industry partners to shape standards and investment choices.

The role requires leading complex programmes, managing budgets and risks, and delivering practical engineering solutions with an analytical mindset.

Qualifications

Experience leading complex projects in engineering, infrastructure, utilities or asset management.
Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and deliver with minimal supervision.
Strong stakeholder management, able to influence senior leaders, suppliers and external partners.
Proven experience managing project scope, budgets, risks and governance.
Ability to interpret technical, commercial and operational information and quantify benefits.

Responsibilities

Lead the Safety & Integrity innovation portfolio from concept to implementation.
Manage projects from concept through to delivery and benefits realisation.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and partners to identify issues and solutions.
Develop business cases and funding submissions for projects.
Oversee project budgets, risks, governance and reporting to executives.
Drive cross-organisational alignment to deliver outcomes.
