Job summary

East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated educator to join the EOC Education team. You will provide professional education, training and CPD opportunities for clinical and non-clinical staff, working with governance and management to improve patient care and outcomes.

Role involves coaching, assessment and mentoring to disseminate learning across the EOC and support continuing professional development, collaborating with the Senior Clinical Leader.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification and assessing qualification or willingness to work towards HCPC Registered Paramedic or State Registered Nurse.
• Portfolio of CPD evidence showing commitment to personal development.

Responsibilities

• Support the EOC team in delivering the Trust's learning and development agenda.
• Provide training, development and assessment for clinical staff to professional standards.
