Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Plymouth is seeking an DI Associate to assist radiology technologists in the Emergency Department. You will provide clerical support, screen patients, transport and position patients, and help ensure patient safety under supervision.

Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with computers and ability to navigate web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support (phones, patient transport assignments) and assist technologists in exam rooms.
• Pre-screen patients, scan paperwork, and forward images to VRad or other destinations.
• Monitor patient safety and report changes; transport patients when needed.
• Assist with patient transfers and positioning for exams; maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Assist with basic patient care tasks under supervision and follow PPE and infection control procedures.
