An exciting opportunity has become available to join the administration team in the Emergency Department at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
The successful applicant is expected to be flexible, have a pleasant personality, and a positive approach. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required, along with the ability to handle sensitive matters and confidential patient information. Applicants must have a good education, be adaptable, and possess good organizational skills. The role involves providing administrative support to the clinical team in the Emergency Department.
Night shifts are from 22:00-08:30 or 09:00 on a 3 on 6 off basis.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential.
Providing a comprehensive reception service, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective service delivery and patient satisfaction. The post involves exercising judgment to resolve patient queries within professional constraints, maintaining confidentiality, and dealing courteously with staff, patients, carers, and relatives.
