Job summary

This non-clinical role places you at the operational heart of the department, with responsibility for escalation, coordination of care plans and adherence to national emergency care standards.

• Coordinate patient flow and identify delays to improve ED throughput.

• Provide real-time oversight of patient flow with NIC/EPIC and site management teams.
