• Proficient with IT systems and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assess all contacts via telephone, online, or chat.
• Identify purpose and nature of each contact with relevant information.
• Assess risk and determine deployment and priority.
• Maintain accurate incident records and audit trails.
• Use applications and systems to update incidents and resource availability.
• Operate the Airwave network in line with procedures.
• Deploy resources to incidents per Force guidelines.
