Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineering Manager to lead the engineering design for strategic Contract Logistics opportunities across EMEIA and to develop innovative, scalable warehouse and automation solutions aligned with customer needs.

The role requires 15+ years in industrial engineering and contract logistics, with strong cost modelling, data analysis, and multi-country coordination.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in industrial engineering, warehouse design, or contract logistics.
• Experience with 3PL, retail distribution, manufacturing, e-commerce or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to design warehouse layouts and operational workflows.
• Experience developing labour standards and labour models.
• Extensive AutoCAD experience.
• Experience with WMS systems and warehouse automation technologies.
• Strong cost modelling, TCO and ROI analysis skills.
• Excellent presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, Visio, SQL, and related tools knowledge.
