Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated seeks an experienced Solutions Design Manager, Warehousing & Logistics to join our Global Solutions Design team. You will develop customized warehousing and distribution solutions based on client data, partnering with BD, PM and client stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs from design to steady-state operations.

Bring commercial experience in contract logistics, strong knowledge of Cost Models and MOST/MTM methodologies, and hands-on design tools like AutoCAD or

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
Commercial experience in a solutions design role within contract logistics, warehousing, or related industry.
Proficiency with Contract Logistics Cost Models and MOST/MTM methodologies.
Experience using AutoCAD or simulation software to optimize layouts and workflows.

Responsibilities

Develop customized warehousing and distribution solutions from client data and cost models.
Lead solution presentations with Business Development, Project Management, and client stakeholders.
Perform cost-benefit analyses and optimize workflows to meet performance objectives.
