Job summary

Centre People Appointments is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to own the HR systems landscape for the EMEA region, with a focus on SuccessFactors and data governance. The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have advanced reporting and stakeholder management skills, plus experience across multinational deployments and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HRIS and systems management.
• Strong reporting and analytics for workforce data.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy requirements.
• Experience coordinating with HR, IT, Finance and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the EMEA HR technology landscape and HRIS administration.
• Ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance across HR data.
• Develop HR dashboards and analytics to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes via system enhancements.
• Lead HR system upgrades, testing and data migration activities.
• Provide HRIS training and support across EMEA teams.
• Lead and support HR technology projects from planning to implementation.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and vendors to deliver solutions.
