Job summary

Apple is seeking an experienced Fraud Manager to lead risk and fraud prevention for Apple Wallet, Payments & Commerce in the EMEIA region. Based in London, you will collaborate with banks, transit operators, and payment networks, acting as the primary contact for fraud prevention and provisioning optimization while protecting customers and partners from fraud.

Qualifications

Experience in a fraud prevention role at a card issuer or payment scheme.
Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including payment networks and fraud detection technologies.
Proven experience in a partner-facing role at senior level.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to translate complex information into insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of the EMEIA fraud prevention program.
Drive continuous improvement in fraud detection systems, processes, and controls with partners.
Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with risk and fraud teams at partner organisations.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science to implement fraud mitigation solutions.
Lead regular business reviews and workshops with partners to drive alignment and insights.
